THE GORGEOUS GIANTS:
At the weekend, John and I went to the local Heavy Horse Show in Blackwater.
We had an amazing time, we just love those graceful giants. Some of the Shires were so floaty in their movement as to be dressage-types...I would love to see that.
One class of Suffolk's was the mare class, with or without foal, and since these are a rare breed we were happy to see a foal at foot. A filly, almost the size of Henry and leaping about attached to a very small lady in tweed.

We went home to our normal sized horses, and were very happy xxx
...and at home T&H look decidedly teeny-weeny!!
